Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (shrink wrapped where applicable). You may also need to provide proof of purchase if requested.

Return postage is at your own expense. An address will be provided once a return is approved. Once the returned item/s is received, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price via the original payment method, less any payment processing fees and/or postage.
